The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Shipping, Discreet Packaging, and Risk of Loss

4.1. Discreet Packaging

We are committed to the privacy of our customers. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging that does not advertise the contents of the package.

4.2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

4.3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene

5.1. No Returns on Used Items

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales of items that have been opened or used are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

5.2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival (and unused), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.

5.3. Return Procedure

All returns, where permitted, must adhere to our specific Return Policy, which is incorporated into these ToS by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on the Site, including images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of the Site, is the property of Secret Sensations (Pty) Ltd. and its creators, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that Secret Sensations (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm caused by the improper, illegal, or negligent use of any product. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secret Sensations (Pty) Ltd. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these ToS or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North West, South Africa 2571, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
